He is the Indian chef who has spent most of his life working in the restaurant industry in London. Chef Kumar dedicated his career to evolving traditional Indian cuisine. Due to this imaginative thinking and rich experience, he has created a chain of successful restaurants in London and the Middle East. Chef Kumar has an ingenuous philosophy when its comes to fusing contemporary flavors with Indian cuisine, providing us unique one of a kind dishes that maintain his distinct signature flavors.
